These learnings fuel our product upgrades: our newly updated machines feature greater stability, higher working efficiency and reduced energy consumption. We have also optimized ergonomic design for easier operation, alongside improved environmental performance.
We are able to respond rapidly to market requirements, tackle complex technical challenges, and keep launching premium wood grinders. Our solutions cater to varied customer demands and maintain our leading position in the wood grinding industry.
Innovation
Weidong machinery pioneers the innovative integrated design combining a crawler chassis with wood grinders. This breakthrough converts stationary grinders into mobile units with powerful off-road and climbing capability, enabling flexible operation across rugged outdoor sites and greatly boosting work efficiency.
The machine adopts internally mounted rotor bearings, allowing for fast, hassle-free replacement and minimizing equipment downtime. Its one-piece bent feed hopper delivers exceptional structural strength to sustain continuous heavy-duty feeding, supporting high-efficiency crushing.
Built for demanding outdoor working conditions, our fully hydraulic wood grinder is powered by diesel hydraulic motors. Hydraulic distribution valves precisely regulate the feeding and discharging systems for ultra-quick response. It cuts fuel consumption by 30% versus conventional crushers while maintaining top-tier safety, delivering high output at lower operating costs.
Free from high-voltage circuits and electric motors, the whole machine ensures stable quality and outstanding performance. This innovative high-efficiency solution stands as the optimal choice for outdoor wood shredding operations.
